Home Entry & Address Information

Sun Ridge is located in the stunning Solamere Estates. All access instructions, home address, and lock codes will be securely delivered via email 24 hours before your check-in.

Parking Details

Dun Ridge offers ample parking for 3 vehicles in the driveway, and 2 spaces in the pull-through. Please note that Solamere Estates does not allow street parking in the neighborhood.

Winter Driving Advisory

While neighborhood roads are regularly plowed during the winter season, snow and ice are still common. 4WD or AWD vehicles aren’t required, but they are recommended for added confidence on slick roads.

Parties are not permitted without Luxe Haus approval. Please contact us if you're planning to have additional guests.

Smoking is not permitted inside any Luxe Haus property.

Shipments & Deliveries
Shipments and deliveries to the home are discouraged as delivery windows can be unreliable, especially in winter. Please contact our team in advance if you need to ship items so we can help coordinate.

Things To Know

  • AC & Heating Information

    This home is equipped with central heating and air conditioning for year-round comfort.

    You can adjust the temperature using the wall-mounted thermostats located on each level of the home. Please avoid making frequent or drastic changes, as this can disrupt system performance.

  • Fireplace Instructions

    This home features multiple fireplaces, including gas and wood-burning options. Gas fireplace switches are mounted on the walls in each room. Living room and media room fireplaces are wood-burning. Please do not tamper with gas lines.

  • Ski Access & Shuttle Info

    TThe Town Lift and Mountain Village base areas are approximately 15–20 minutes away by car or ride share.

    A complimentary Deer Valley shuttle is also available to take you directly from the residence to the base of Deer Valley Resort (Snow Park Lodge). From there, you can connect to downtown via Park City’s free transit system — a convenient alternative to driving and parking.

    Shuttle Schedule & Details:
    • Operates daily from November 30 – April 13
    • Hours: 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM (last return from Snow Park at 4:30 PM)
    • Runs approximately every 20 minutes
    • Seats up to 14 passengers
    • Pickup and drop-off are only at the residence
    • Driveway must be clear of snow and obstacles for service
    • Service may be suspended during hazardous road conditions

  • House Guidelines & Quiet Hours

    This neighborhood observes quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors. During these hours, no outdoor music is permitted, and if using the hot tub, please keep voices low as sound carries easily.

  • Spa Instructions

    The hot tub temperature and jets can be controlled via the panel on the side of the unit. The cover rests on support arms and is not fastened with buckles, so there’s no need to undo any straps. Please replace the cover after each use to help maintain temperature and safety.

  • Sauna Operation

    Turn on the light, set the temperature dial, and set the timer before use. The sauna must be turned off after each use.

  • Trash Details

    Trash bins are located in the garage and trash days are on Friday. Luxe Haus handles all trash service for you — so no need to move the bins during your stay!

  • Laundry Room

    Located on the basement level. The laundry room includes one washer, two dryers, and a utility sink. Laundry supplies are stored in the cabinets above the machines.

    Important: The washer has a known leak. After each use, please turn off the blue water valve by pushing it back to the off position.

  • Living Room TV Instructions (Second Floor)

    Step 1: Turn on the TV using the Xfinity remote.
    Step 2: Use the selection dial on the bottom right of the sound system to choose One-by-One Matrix or Five-Channel Stereo.
    Step 3: Power off using the Xfinity remote. You may need to press Off twice.
    Step 4: To access apps, use the Samsung remote. Press Home and select YouTube TV.

  • Service Schedule

    Hot Tub: Serviced by Spa Source on Mondays or Tuesdays.
    Trash Pickup: Fridays.
    Recycling: Every other week.
    Lawn Maintenance: Weekly on Mondays or Tuesdays.
    Snow Removal: As needed, typically between 6:00–7:00 AM.

  • Owner Storage

    Mudroom cabinets and lockers are reserved for owner use. We appreciate your understanding.

  • Safety & Emergency Info

    Your safety is our top priority. In an emergency, please call 911 immediately. Once everyone is safe, notify the Luxe Haus team so we can further assist.

    A fire extinguisher and first aid kit is located under the kitchen sink for your convenience.
