Things To Know

• Heating Information

  This home features radiant and forced air heating for comfort throughout the seasons.

  – Radiant floor heating runs throughout the entire home, with individual wall panel controls in each room.
  – Forced air heating is available on the main and upper levels, controlled by separate touchscreen panels.
  – This home is not equipped with air conditioning.

  Radiant Heat Guidance
  Radiant heating adjusts slowly, so we recommend making gradual changes to avoid overheating—especially overnight. Thermostats are located in individual rooms for personalized temperature control.

• Built-In Sound System

  The sound system is controlled via a handheld Crestron remote.
  The same remote operates TVs throughout most of the home.

  Instructions are intuitive and provided on site. Our team is happy to assist if needed.

  For the best experience, make sure your personal device is connected to the home’s Wi-Fi before using AirPlay or syncing with the Savant system.

• Fireplace Use

  This home features multiple fireplaces for added comfort and ambiance. Please follow the instructions below for safe use:
  
  – Most fireplaces in the home are wood-burning with gas assist.
  – One fireplace in the primary suite is gas-operated and controlled by a remote.
  
  Starter wood is provided in the garage for guest use. If additional wood is desired during your stay, guests are welcome to purchase more locally.
  
  Do not tamper with any gas lines. If the pilot light goes out or you experience any issues, please contact the Luxe Haus team at 435-291-1402.

• Spa Instructions

  Both hot tubs are controlled using the Pentair control remotes located inside the home:
  

  - Main Hot Tub – Remote is located in the game room on the bar.
  - Master Bedroom Hot Tub – Remote is on the desk in the master bedroom.

  You can adjust the temperature, jets, and other settings from these panels.
  Please note: The maximum temperature for the hot tubs is 104°F.

  In addition, there is a black remote control located outside that also operates the main hot tub.

• House Guidelines & Quiet Hours

  Smoking: This home is strictly non-smoking — including all indoor areas, decks, and patios.
  
  This neighborhood observes quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors. During these hours, no outdoor music is permitted, and if using the hot tub, please keep voices low as sound carries easily.

• Ski Access Info

  Summit View Lodge offers true ski-in/ski-out access directly from the ski room located on the top floor of the home. Guests can access the Jordanelle Run (a double blue) from the property, with the closest lift being the Jordanelle Express Gondola.
  
  Snowshoes are also located in the ski room and are available for guest use

• Trash & Recycling Details

  Trash bins are located inside the garage. During your stay bin service will be handled for you — no need to move them.
  
  Pickup Days: Bins are brought to the curb on Wednesdays and returned to the garage on Thursdays
  
  Access Notice: Contractors will briefly access the garage using secure codes to manage this service — please don’t be alarmed if you see them during these times.

• Service Schedule

  The hot tub is serviced by Big Splash every Thursday. Their team may briefly access the property to perform routine maintenance.
  
  Please do not be alarmed if you see service personnel on these days—they are part of our regular vendor schedule.

• Snow Removal

  Snow removal begins at 6:00 AM on snow days following 4 inches of accumulation to help maintain clear access.

• Safety & Emergency Info

  Your safety is our top priority. In an emergency, please call 911 immediately. Once everyone is safe, notify the Luxe Haus team so we can further assist.
  
  A fire extinguisher and first aid kit is located under the kitchen sink for your convenience.
