Home Entry & Address Information

Snowline is located 7 – 10 minutes from downtown Park City and Deer Valley in the Jordanelle region. All access instructions, home address, and lock codes will be securely delivered via email 24 hours before your check-in.

Parking Details

Snowline offers parking for up to 2 vehicles in the driveway, and 1 space available in the garage. Please note that overnight roadside parking is not allowed in this neighborhood.

Winter Driving Advisory

While neighborhood roads are regularly plowed during the winter season, snow and ice are common, and conditions can be slick. A 4×4 vehicle is recommended during snowy months, as standard or two-wheel-drive vehicles may not be able to access the property safely.

  • AC & Heating Information

    This home features central heating and air conditioning controlled by a thermostat, located in the main living area. Adjust the temperature as needed for your comfort.

  • Trash Details

    Trash and recycling bins are located in the garage. Bin removal is managed by Luxe Haus, so no action is required on your part.

    Pickup Days: Bins are brought to the curb on Wednesdays and returned to the garage on Thursdays

    Access Notice: Contractors will briefly access the garage using secure codes to manage this service — please don’t be alarmed if you see them during these times.

  • Fireplace Use

    This home includes a gas fireplace located in the living room. This is operated by the switch on wall to the left of the fireplace.

    Please do not tamper with gas lines or pilot lights. If you need assistance, contact the Luxe Haus team at 435-291-1402.

  • House Guidelines & Quiet Hours

    Smoking: Juniper Landing 108 is strictly non-smoking — including all indoor areas and patios.

    This neighborhood observes quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors. During these hours, no outdoor music is permitted, and if using the hot tub, please keep voices low as sound carries easily.

  • Ski Access Info

    The closest resort is Park City Mountain Resort – Mountain Village Base Area.

    The nearest lifts are the Payday, Crescent, and Eagle lifts, located at the main base area of Park City Mountain.

    To access:
    • From the property, drive approximately 10–12 minutes to 1345 Lowell Avenue, the Mountain Village base area
    • Paid parking is available in the Main Base Parking Lot (subject to availability and reservation policies)
    • Walk to the lift plaza, where you’ll find the Payday Express, Crescent Express, and Eagle lifts for direct access to a wide range of terrain

    We recommend checking Park City Mountain’s website for current parking policies, snow conditions, and lift hours before heading out.

  • Snow Removal

    Snow removal occurs on snow days following 4 inches of accumulation to help maintain clear access.

  • Safety & Emergency Info

    Your safety is our top priority. In an emergency, please call 911 immediately. Once everyone is safe, notify the Luxe Haus team so we can further assist.

    A fire extinguisher and first aid kit is located under the kitchen sink for your convenience.
