Home Entry & Address Information

All access instructions, home address, as well as lock codes and entry details, will be securely delivered via email 24 hours before your check-in.

Gate Access

Your name will be added to the gatehouse guest list in advance of your arrival. Simply provide your name to the gate attendant, and they’ll grant you entry to the neighborhood with ease.

Parking Details

Snow Pine offers ample parking for up to 4 vehicles, with space available in both the garage and the driveway. Please note that roadside parking is not permitted at any time, in accordance with Deer Crest HOA regulations.

Winter Driving Advisory

While neighborhood roads are regularly plowed during the winter season, snow and ice are common, and conditions can be slick. We strongly recommend an all-wheel drive or 4×4 vehicle during snowy months. Need a winter-ready rental? Important Info During Your Stay

Security Cameras
For your safety, exterior security cameras are present. These are never used intrusively. Reach out with any questions.

Noise Monitoring
This home has an internal noise monitoring system that tracks volume levels only—not specific sounds. If extremely loud noise is detected, our team may notify you.

Food Delivery
Food delivery can occasionally be delayed due to Deer Crest gate access. If a driver can’t reach the home, you may be asked to retrieve your order at the gate. Clear instructions help avoid this.

Guests & Gatherings
Parties are not permitted without Luxe Haus approval. Please contact us if you're planning to have additional guests.

Things To Know

  • AC & Heating Information

    Snow Pine is equipped with both central heating and Samsung Split AC units for year-round comfort.

    Heating: Controlled via wall thermostats located in bedrooms, hallways, and common areas. Ensure heat is set to “On,” fan is on “Auto” or “On,” and the temperature is adjusted to your liking.

    Air Conditioning: AC is available in the great room, main-level master, downstairs game room, upstairs queen bedroom with ensuite, upstairs bunk room, and apartment-adjacent room. Each has a Samsung remote for operation (note: two rooms are currently missing remotes).

    Look for Luxe Haus signage near each unit for additional instructions.

  • Ski Access Info

    Snow Pine offers true ski-in/ski-out access, located directly off Nell’s Loop, which can be accessed from the Jordanelle Run (double blue).

    Jordanelle Express Gondola: Accessible via Jordanelle run.

    Mountaineer Express Lift: Reachable by cutting over to Keetley, a green run off Jordanelle.

    Both lifts provide access to the top of Little Baldy Peak.

    Follow on-site signage at the back of the home to find the ski path.

  • Trash & Recycling Details

    Trash and recycling bins are located inside the garage. Luxe Haus handles bin service for you — no need to move them.

    Pickup Days: Bins are brought to the curb on Wednesdays and returned to the garage on Thursdays.

    Access Notice: Contractors will briefly access the garage using secure codes to manage this service — please don’t be alarmed if you see them during these times.

  • Fireplace & Fire Pit Use

    Snow Pine features several cozy gas fireplaces and an outdoor gas fire pit.

    Main-Level Great Room: Gas fireplace, manually controlled via knob and igniter located inside (left-hand side).

    Main-Level Master Bedroom: Gas fireplace, controlled by wall switch.

    Downstairs Living Room: Gas fireplace, manual control via knob and igniter inside (left-hand side).

    Downstairs Master Bedroom: Gas fireplace (details coming soon).

    Look for branded Luxe Haus signage next to each fireplace for specific usage instructions. Do not tamper with gas lines.

  • Sonos Sound System

    Guests may use the in-home Sonos system by downloading the Sonos app and connecting to the home’s Wi-Fi.
    Once opened, select “Connect to Existing System” and the app will automatically detect and pair through your device’s Bluetooth and Wi-Fi.
    The system includes curated playlists, or you may log into your Spotify account to enjoy your personal playlists.

  • Swim Spa Instructions

    The swim spa is located in the backyard and is professionally maintained for your use.

    Please do not adjust the temperature — it’s pre-set for safety and comfort.

    Usage guidelines can be found on Luxe Haus signage located near the spa.

  • House Guidelines & Quiet Hours

    Smoking: Snow Pine is strictly non-smoking — including all indoor areas, decks, and patios.

    Pets: Pets are only permitted with prior written approval from Luxe Haus. Additional pet fees may apply.

    Quiet Hours: Deer Crest observes quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.

  • Weekly Maintenance Schedule

    Lawn Maintenance: Hand weeding is performed every Wednesday to keep landscaping fresh and well-maintained.

    Swim Spa Servicing: Scheduled for every Thursday (with some variance during winter months). Please note, the vendor will walk along the side of the home to access the hot tub.

    Snow Removal: Hand snow removal occurs when accumulation exceeds 3 inches. In addition, the driveway and deck are heated to help keep surfaces clear throughout the winter season.

  • Safety & Emergency Info

    Your safety is our top priority. In an emergency, please call 911 immediately. Once everyone is safe, notify the Luxe Haus team so we can further assist.

    A fire extinguisher and first aid kit is located under the kitchen sink for your convenience.
