Home Entry & Address Information

Ski Utah Home is located in Northside Village, at Empire Pass in Deer Valley. All access instructions, home address, and lock codes will be securely delivered via email 24 hours before your check-in.

Parking Details

Ski Utah House offers ample parking for 2 vehicles in the driveway. One garage space is also available for guest use; however, please note there is no keypad or remote opener. Guests must enter the home to open or close the garage manually from inside. Street parking is not permitted in this neighborhood.

Winter Driving Advisory

While neighborhood roads are regularly plowed during the winter season, snow and ice are still common. 4WD or AWD vehicles aren’t required, but they are recommended for added confidence on slick roads.

Shipments & Deliveries
Shipments and deliveries to the home are discouraged as delivery windows can be unreliable, especially in winter. Please contact our team in advance if you need to ship items so we can help coordinate.

Things To Know

  • AC & Heating Information

    This home is equipped with central heating and air conditioning for year-round comfort, managed by multiple thermostats located throughout the property.

    Each thermostat allows you to control the fan (auto/on), switch between heat and cool modes, and adjust the temperature up or down as needed. Please avoid making frequent or drastic changes, as this can disrupt system performance.

    The media room features in-floor heating for added comfort, and humidifiers are available in the master and king bedrooms to help maintain ideal indoor moisture levels during your stay.

  • Fireplace Instructions

    Most fireplaces in this home are gas and can be operated with ease for instant ambiance. Please do not tamper with gas lines.

    If the pilot light goes out on any fireplace, please contact the Luxe Haus team at 435-291-1402

    Please note: the fireplace in the living room is wood-burning.

  • Ski Access

    This home offers direct ski-in/ski-out access via the Hawkeye trail, a designated blue run.

    The Northside Express lift is visible from the back patio of the home and located approximately 200 yards away.

  • House Guidelines & Quiet Hours

    This neighborhood observes quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors. During these hours, no outdoor music is permitted, and if using the hot tub, please keep voices low as sound carries easily.

  • Spa Instructions

    The hot tub is located on the side of the home. It can be controlled via the panel on the side of the unit.

  • Trash Details

    Trash bins are located outside along the side of the garage and trash days are on Friday. Luxe Haus handles all trash service for you — so no need to move the bins during your stay!

  • Elevator Use

    This home is equipped with a private elevator to assist with access to all floors, offering added convenience for guests who may require mobility support.

    If you experience any issues with elevator operation, please contact the Luxe Haus team at 435-291-1402.

  • Secured Spaces

    Certain areas of the home are reserved for owner use and are not accessible to guests.

    Locked access includes:
    • Owner lock-off located upstairs and in the lower-level closet
    • Wine cellar located downstairs

  • Safety & Emergency Info

    Your safety is our top priority. In an emergency, please call 911 immediately. Once everyone is safe, notify the Luxe Haus team so we can further assist.

    A fire extinguisher and first aid kit is located under the kitchen sink for your convenience.
