Home Entry & Address Information

Mountainhead is located in Deer Crest neighborhood of Park City. All access instructions, home address, and lock codes will be securely delivered via email 24 hours before your check-in. A member of the house management team will also be onsite to greet you and give you a tour of the home upon your arrival.

Gate Access

Your name will be added to the gatehouse guest list in advance of your arrival. Simply provide your name to the gate attendant, and they’ll grant you entry to the neighborhood with ease.

Parking Details

Mountainhead offers ample parking for up to 2 vehicles in the driveway, and 2 spaces available in the garage. Please note that roadside parking is not allowed in the Deer Crest neighborhood.

Winter Driving Advisory

While neighborhood roads are regularly plowed during the winter season, snow and ice are common, and conditions can be slick. A 4×4 vehicle is required during snowy months, as standard or two-wheel-drive vehicles may not be able to access the property safely.

Shipments & Deliveries
Shipments and deliveries to the home are discouraged as delivery windows can be unreliable, especially in winter. Please contact our team in advance if you need to ship items so we can help coordinate.

No Smoking Indoors
Smoking is not permitted inside any Luxe Haus property.

Things To Know

  • AC & Heating Information

    This home is equipped with central heating and air conditioning for year-round comfort. Temperature settings can be adjusted using the Savant app on the wall-mounted iPad located in the home.

    Exterior ceiling heaters are controlled by a labeled wall button marked “Heaters.” Please turn off heaters when not in use.

  • Smart Home System

    This home features an integrated Savant system, accessible via the wall-mounted iPad. Guests can use the Savant app to control music, stream via AirPlay, and adjust other smart home features including thermostats, lighting, and shades.

    For the best experience, make sure your personal device is connected to the home’s Wi-Fi before using AirPlay or syncing with the Savant system.

  • Fireplace & Firepit Use

    This home features multiple gas fireplaces and outdoor fire pits for added comfort and ambiance. Please follow the instructions below for safe use:

    • All exterior gas fire pits require a stick lighter for manual ignition.
    • The main level fireplace also requires a stick lighter.
    • Bedroom fireplaces are remote operated for convenience.

    Do not tamper with any gas lines. If the pilot light goes out or you experience any issues, please contact the Luxe Haus team at 435-291-1402.

  • Spa & Pool Instructions

    The hot tub temperature and jets are controlled using the panel located on the side of the unit. The pool is pre-set for comfort and cannot be adjusted manually.

    Please note: The maximum temperature for the pool is 85°F and for the hot tub is 104°F.

  • House Guidelines & Quiet Hours

    Smoking: All In is strictly non-smoking — including all indoor areas, decks, and patios.

    This neighborhood observes quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors. During these hours, no outdoor music is permitted, and if using the hot tub or pool, please keep voices low as sound carries easily.

  • Climbing Wall & Other Amenities

    This home features a rock climbing wayy, baskeball court, and bowling alley located on the bottom floor.

    Guests may use these amenities at their own risk. Proper supervision and safety precautions are strongly recommended.

  • Ski Access Info

    Mountainhead offers true ski-in/ski-out access directly from the bottom floor of the home. Guests can access the Jordanelle Run (a double blue) from the property, with the closest lift being the Jordanelle Express Gondola.

    The on-site funicular provides mountain access and drops riders off mid-run. A laminated photo guide is available in the home to help guests navigate the funicular and understand where it connects to the mountain.

  • Trash & Recycling Details

    Trash and recycling bins are located inside the garage. During your stay bin service will be handled for you — no need to move them.

    Pickup Days: Bins are brought to the curb on Wednesdays and returned to the garage on Thursdays

    Access Notice: Contractors will briefly access the garage using secure codes to manage this service — please don’t be alarmed if you see them during these times.

  • Service Schedule

    The hot tub and pool are professionally serviced by Big Splash every Tuesday and Thursday. Their team may briefly access the property to perform routine maintenance.

    Please do not be alarmed if you see service personnel on these days—they are part of our regular vendor schedule.

  • Snow Removal

    Snow removal begins at 6:00 AM on snow days following 4 inches of accumulation to help maintain clear access.

  • Safety & Emergency Info

    Your safety is our top priority. In an emergency, please call 911 immediately. Once everyone is safe, notify the Luxe Haus team so we can further assist.

    A fire extinguisher and first aid kit is located under the kitchen sink for your convenience.
