Things To Know

• AC & Heating Information

  This home is equipped with both central heating and cooling for year-round comfort. Both heat and AC are controlled via wall thermostats located in bedrooms, hallways, and common areas.

• Ski Access Info

  This home offers ski-in/ski-out access via Deer Crest’s private Summit trail, a blue (intermediate) run.
  
  To ski out, take Summit to Middle/Lower Home Run, then follow Pioche Loop to reach the Jordanelle Gondola.
  
  To return, ski in via Jordanelle, connect to Home Run, and follow Summit directly back to the house.
  

• Trash & Recycling Details

  Trash and recycling bins are located inside the garage. Luxe Haus handles bin service for you — no need to move them.
  
  Access Notice: Contractors will briefly access the garage using secure codes to manage this service — please don’t be alarmed if you see them on trash days.

• Fireplace & Fire Pit Use

  The home features multiple fireplaces for comfort and ambiance throughout.
  
  The Great Room and Rec Room fireplaces operate by remote control. All other fireplaces use a wall switch located on the left when facing the unit.
  
  The outdoor fire pit is located directly off the Rec Room. To use, lift the metal top straight up and turn the gas valve to the vertical (ON) position. Light manually by inserting a match or lighter into the burner. Lighters and marshmallow sticks are stored just inside the Rec Room door. When finished, turn the gas valve to the horizontal (OFF) position.<

• Home Theater & Rec Room

  The Home Theater is the only fully Savant-controlled media room in the home. An iPad dedicated to system control is located in the bar area between the Rec Room and Theater. Please use this iPad exclusively to operate the theater.
  
  Do not use any physical remotes or attempt to adjust the AV rack components.
  
  In the rare event of a power loss, the system may require a full reboot. To do so, unplug and replug all 8 plugs in the AV area. A “boom” sound may occur during reset—this is normal.
  
  The Rec Room TV on Level 1 is also Savant-controlled and operated using the same iPad.
  

• Indoor Spa Instructions

  • Important Note: Please allow approximately 2 hours for the spa to heat to your desired temperature. We recommend planning accordingly. • Please keep the spa room door partially open during use, as the space can overheat quickly.
  • Use the control pad to adjust high and low temperatures, as well as spa lighting.
  • Approximately 6 minutes after activation, the full stone wall transforms into a waterfall feature.
  

• Elevator Operation

  To operate the elevator, simply press the call button to unlock and summon the car. Please allow a moment for it to arrive before attempting to open the door.
  
  • Capacity is approximately 500–700 lbs.
  • Never force the elevator doors open. Please do not touch the doors while they are opening or closing—they will operate automatically.
  • Elevator is inspected annually and meets current safety standards.
  
  For a smooth experience, we kindly ask that you avoid calling the elevator from multiple levels at once, as this can interrupt normal operation. Similarly, pressing several buttons while inside the elevator may cause delays or unexpected resets.
  

• House Guidelines & Quiet Hours

  Smoking: Snow Pine is strictly non-smoking — including all indoor areas, decks, and patios.
  
  Pets: Pets are only permitted with prior written approval from Luxe Haus. Additional pet fees may apply.
  
  Quiet Hours: Deer Crest observes quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.

• Weekly Maintenance Schedule

  Snow Removal: Snow removal occurs when accumulation exceeds 4 inches.

• Safety & Emergency Info

  Your safety is our top priority. In an emergency, please call 911 immediately. Once everyone is safe, notify the Luxe Haus team so we can further assist.
  
  A fire extinguisher and first aid kit is located under the kitchen sink for your convenience.
