Home Entry & Address Information

Juniper Landing 108 is located in the Canyon’s Village area of Park City Mountain Resort All access instructions, home address, and lock codes will be securely delivered via email 24 hours before your check-in.

Parking Details

Juniper Landing 108 offers 1 designated parking space in the parking garage located beneath the building.

  • Access the garage from the exterior of Building 1 — it’s the garage on the left side as you enter the driveway. Once inside, Unit 108’s private garage is the first door on the right.
  • Street parking is not permitted.
  • Limited overflow parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. These spaces are located between Buildings 2 and 3 along the exterior of Building 3. To access, turn left onto the main road from Building 1, then take the next left. Look for signage indicating permitted guest parking.

Winter Driving Advisory

While neighborhood roads are regularly plowed during the winter season, snow and ice are common, and conditions can be slick. A 4×4 vehicle is recommended during snowy months, as standard or two-wheel-drive vehicles may not be able to access the property safely.

Smoking is not permitted inside any Luxe Haus property.

Shipments & Deliveries
Shipments and deliveries to the home are discouraged as delivery windows can be unreliable, especially in winter. Please contact our team in advance if you need to ship items so we can help coordinate.

Key Fob Reminder
Please return all key fobs to the designated location before checkout. A fee applies for any lost, damaged, or unreturned fob.

Main Kitchen Door Lock
To lock the main kitchen door, turn the lock knob, then pull up on the handle to engage the deadbolt. Please ensure the deadbolt is fully secured before leaving the home.

Things To Know

  • AC & Heating Information

    This home features central heating and air conditioning controlled by a Nest thermostat, located in the upstairs hallway. Adjust the temperature as needed for your comfort.

  • Trash Details

    Trash and recycling bins are located in the main parking garage. Bin removal is managed by the HOA, so no action is required on your part.

  • Fireplace & Firepit Use

    This home includes four gas fireplaces located in the living room, primary bedroom, upstairs 2-Queen bedroom, and upstairs bunk room.

    All are operated by a wall switch to the right of each unit.

    Please do not tamper with gas lines or pilot lights. If you need assistance, contact the Luxe Haus team at 435-291-1402.

  • Spa Instructions

    The hot tub is located on the back patio. It can be controlled via the panel on the side of the unit.

  • Communal Pool, Hot Tub & Gym Use

    Guests have access to the communal pool, hot tub, and fitness center, centrally located in front of Buildings 4 and 5. Simply follow the path toward Canyons Golf Course.

    • Both gates can be opened using the blue key fob. Wait for the green light, then turn the handle to enter.
    • The key fob is also required for access to the fitness area.
    • Gate access is operational from 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM; the pool and hot tub typically operate from 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM.
    • These shared amenities are managed by the community HOA, and hours are subject to change based on their operations.

    Important: Please leave the blue key fob on the tray in the living room by the stairs at the end of your stay.

  • TV Instructions

    The family room TV is a Smart TV and can stream content using the Xfinity app.

    All other TVs in the home are equipped with cable and DVD only. DVD players are available and can be found in the bedroom closets.

  • House Guidelines & Quiet Hours

    Smoking: Juniper Landing 108 is strictly non-smoking — including all indoor areas and patios.

    This neighborhood observes quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors. During these hours, no outdoor music is permitted, and if using the hot tub, please keep voices low as sound carries easily.

  • Ski Access Info

    The closest resort is Park City Mountain Resort – Canyons Village.

    The nearest lift is the Frostwood Gondola, located within walking distance of the home. To access:
    • Exit the building driveway and turn right
    • At the stop sign, turn left onto Frostwood Drive
    • Continue down the hill — the gondola is located at the base of the hill on the right-hand side of the roundabout, across from the Waldorf Astoria

    No parking is available at the gondola, so we recommend walking for the easiest access to the slopes.

  • Safety & Emergency Info

    Your safety is our top priority. In an emergency, please call 911 immediately. Once everyone is safe, notify the Luxe Haus team so we can further assist.

    A fire extinguisher and first aid kit is located under the kitchen sink for your convenience.
