Home Entry & Address Information

All access instructions, home address, and lock codes will be securely delivered via email 24 hours before your check-in.

The provided door code works on the main entry keypad as well as the garage door keypad.

Parking Details

Deer Valley Vista offers ample parking for up to 1 vehicle in the driveway, and 2 spaces available in the garage. Please note that roadside parking is not allowed in the neighborhood.

Winter Driving Advisory

While neighborhood roads are regularly plowed during the winter season, snow and ice are common, and conditions can be slick. A 4×4 vehicle is recommended during snowy months, as standard or two-wheel-drive vehicles may not be able to access the property safely.

No Smoking Indoors
Smoking is not permitted inside any Luxe Haus property.

Shipments & Deliveries
Shipments and deliveries to the home are discouraged as delivery windows can be unreliable, especially in winter. Please contact our team in advance if you need to ship items so we can help coordinate.

Key Fob Reminder
Please return all key fobs to the designated location before checkout. A $350 fee applies for any lost, damaged, or unreturned fob.

Clubhouse Access
Per HOA rules, the community clubhouse is not available to overnight renters.

Things To Know

  • AC & Heating Information

    Deer Valley Vista is equipped with a central heating and air conditioning. Both are controlled by wall thermostats located on each level of the home.

  • Trash Details

    A trash bin is located inside the garage. Luxe Haus handles bin service for you — no need to move the bin.
    Pickup Days: The trash bin is brought to the curb on Mondays and returned to the garage the same day.

  • Fireplace & Firepit Use

    Deer Valley Vista features two cozy gas fireplaces, each controlled via remote control. Please do not tamper with gas lines.
    If the pilot light goes out on any fireplace, please contact the Luxe Haus team at 435-291-1402

    A wood-burning smokeless Solo Stove firepit is also located on the patio near the hot tub. Please use responsibly and ensure the fire is fully extinguished after use.

  • Spa Instructions

    The hot tub is located on the back patio. It can be controlled via the panel on the side of the unit.

  • House Guidelines & Quiet Hours

    Smoking: Deer Valley Vista is strictly non-smoking — including all indoor areas and patios.

    This neighborhood observes quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors. During these hours, no outdoor music is permitted, and if using the hot tub, please keep voices low as sound carries easily.

  • Ski Access Info

    The closest resort is Deer Valley, with convenient access via the Jordanelle Express Gondola off Highway 40 — just a short drive from the property.

  • Weekly Maintenance Schedule

    Lawn Maintenance: Lawn maintenance is conducted on Wednesdays

  • Safety & Emergency Info

    Your safety is our top priority. In an emergency, please call 911 immediately. Once everyone is safe, notify the Luxe Haus team so we can further assist.

    A fire extinguisher and first aid kit is located under the kitchen sink for your convenience.
