Things To Know

• AC & Heating Information

  This home is equipped with central heating and air conditioning for year-round comfort.
  
  You can adjust the temperature using the wall-mounted thermostats located on each level of the home. Please avoid making frequent or drastic changes, as this can disrupt system performance.

• Fireplace Instructions

  Deer Valley Bliss features three fireplaces: two gas and one wood-burning. We provide one cord of wood per fireplace per reservation. Please do not tamper with gas lines.

  Main Level Gas Fireplace: Insert gas key (found in the living room fireplace keyhole) into the valve on the right side of the fireplace. Turn to release gas, then ignite using a lighter.
  Primary Suite Gas Fireplace: Same operation as the main level. Insert key into right-side valve and ignite.
  Lower Level Wood-Burning Fireplace: Use provided wood and starter materials. Open the flue before lighting. Use caution when building a fire.

• Ski Access & Shuttle Info

  The Town Lift and Mountain Village base areas are approximately 15–20 minutes away by car or ride share.
  
  A complimentary Deer Valley shuttle is also available to take you directly from the residence to the base of Deer Valley Resort (Snow Park Lodge). From there, you can connect to downtown via Park City’s free transit system — a convenient alternative to driving and parking.
  
  Shuttle Schedule & Details:
  • Operates daily from November 30 – April 13
  • Hours: 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM (last return from Snow Park at 4:30 PM)
  • Runs approximately every 20 minutes
  • Seats up to 14 passengers
  • Pickup and drop-off are only at the residence
  • Driveway must be clear of snow and obstacles for service
  • Service may be suspended during hazardous road conditions

• House Guidelines & Quiet Hours

  This neighborhood observes quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors. During these hours, no outdoor music is permitted, and if using the hot tub, please keep voices low as sound carries easily.

• Spa Instructions

  The hot tub is located on the deck. It can be controlled via the panel on the side of the unit.

• Trash Details

  Trash bins are located in the garage and trash days are on Friday. Luxe Haus handles all trash service for you — so no need to move the bins during your stay!

• Intercom System

  This home is equipped with a built-in intercom system for easy communication between rooms and key areas.
  
  To use: simply press the button labeled with the location you’d like to speak to — such as the patio, front door, or another room — and begin speaking. Release the button when finished.

• Safety & Emergency Info

  Your safety is our top priority. In an emergency, please call 911 immediately. Once everyone is safe, notify the Luxe Haus team so we can further assist.
  
  A fire extinguisher and first aid kit is located under the kitchen sink for your convenience.
