Things To Know

• AC & Heating Information

  This home is equipped with central heating and air conditioning for year-round comfort.
  
  Temperature settings can be adjusted using touchscreen wall panels located in every room.

• Smart Home System

  This home is equipped with the Elan smart home system, which controls heating, air conditioning, lighting, the main living room TV (which raises and lowers from the floorboards), and the surround sound system.
  
  Touchscreen wall panels are located in every room to manage these features. Please note: system controls are currently being updated, please contact the Luxe Haus team at 435-291-1402 with any questions regarding system usage.

• Fireplace & Firepit Use

  This home features multiple gas fireplaces and outdoor fire pits for added comfort and ambiance. Please follow the instructions below for safe use:
  
  • Main entry fireplace: Controlled by labeled switch to the left of the fireplace, located to the right of the glass sliding doors
  • Main living room fireplace: Controlled by a labeled wall button
  • Master bedroom fireplace: Operated using a magnetic controller on the left side of the fireplace
  • Basement living room fireplace: Operated using a magnetic controller on the left side of the fireplace
  • Exterior fire pit (off main entry): Use the Dante gas key to turn on gas, then ignite with a lighter
  • Exterior fire pit (off gym): Use the Dante gas key to turn on gas, then ignite with a lighter
  
  Do not tamper with any gas lines. If the pilot light goes out or you experience any issues, please contact the Luxe Haus team at 435-291-1402.

• Spa & Pool Instructions

  The pool and hot tub are equipped with an electronic cover system, operated by exterior wall keypad panels located to the left of the stairs leading to the pool and hot tub (when facing the house).
  
  To open or close the covers, enter code 1234 followed by the “Enter” button on the keypad.
  
  The hot tub temperature and jets are controlled via the panel located on the side of the unit.

• House Guidelines & Quiet Hours

  Smoking: All In is strictly non-smoking — including all indoor areas, decks, and patios.
  
  The Colony observes quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors. During these hours, no outdoor music is permitted, and if using the hot tub, please keep voices low as sound carries easily.

• Rock Climbing Wall

  This home features a rock climbing wall located in the garage.
  
  Guests may use the wall at their own risk. Proper supervision and safety precautions are strongly recommended.

• Ski Access Info

  This home offers true ski-in/ski-out access directly from the basement mudroom/ski room door, with a groomed path leading to the slopes.
  
  • Closest run: Reaper (Blue Square – Intermediate)
  • Nearest lift: DreamCatcher
  
  To return to the home, take DreamCatcher to the Cloud Dine area. From there, follow the Sandman run (Blue Square – Intermediate) to Reaper, where the home is located just off the trail.

• Trash & Recycling Details

  Trash and recycling bins are located inside the garage. Luxe Haus handles bin service for you — no need to move them.
  
  Pickup Days: Bins are brought to the curb on Mondays and returned to the garage on Tuesdays/Wednesdays
  
  Access Notice: Contractors will briefly access the garage using secure codes to manage this service — please don’t be alarmed if you see them during these times.

• Snow Removal

  Snow removal begins at 6:00 AM on snow days following 4 inches of accumulation and occurs twice daily to help maintain clear access.

• Safety & Emergency Info

  Your safety is our top priority. In an emergency, please call 911 immediately. Once everyone is safe, notify the Luxe Haus team so we can further assist.
  
  A fire extinguisher and first aid kit is located under the kitchen sink for your convenience.
