Things To Know

• Heating Information

  This home is equipped with central heating, controlled by wall thermostat located next to the kitchen.
  
  Radiant and central heat in the yoga room is controlled separately via the thermostat opposite the entry door.
  
  Please note: Main Street Retreat does not have AC

• Fireplace & Firepit Instructions

  Fireplace Type
  Wood-burning fireplace with gas starter located in the living room.

  How to Use
  Start the fire using the gas starter, then add wood once the flame is established.
  To ignite: place paper between the logs and light the paper first. Slowly turn on the gas using the gas control.
  Once the logs are fully ablaze (approximately 10–15 minutes), turn the gas OFF.
  Please close the glass doors when leaving the living room.

  Gas Key / Control Location
  Gas control is located next to the fireplace and behind the brown sofa.
  The gas key is located behind the red couch.

  Wood Supply
  An initial supply of firewood is provided.
  Additional firewood may be purchased by guests during their stay if needed.

• Projector Instructions

  The main living area features a drop-down projector screen and Apple TV, providing a theater-style viewing experience.

  Using the Home Theater System (Living Room)
  - Use the Logitech remote control (located on the side table in its charger).
  - Press "ACTIVITIES" until "Watch Apple TV" appears on the touch screen, then press the "Watch Apple TV" button.
  - The projector will turn on (please allow a few minutes to warm up), and the screen will automatically lower.
  - Use the same remote to navigate the Apple TV as desired.
  - To turn off the home theater, press the top-left "OFF" button on the Logitech remote. The screen will retract, and the projector will power down.

  Streaming & Content
  - The system is powered by Apple TV.
  - Guests may log into their personal streaming accounts (Netflix, Hulu, etc.).
  - Please remember to log out of all personal accounts before departure.

  Lighting Note
  - For optimal viewing, use the projector in the evening or with lights dimmed.
  - Natural daylight may cause screen glare and reduce visibility.

  Additional TVs
  - All bedroom TVs are equipped with either a Firestick or Apple TV remote for streaming access.

• Ski Access

  This home offers convenient access to Park City Mountain Resort, with the Town Lift on Main Street just a short walk away.
  
  Guests enjoy walk-to-ski access via the Quit ’n Time run, which connects directly to Main Street for an easy start and end to your ski day.

• House Guidelines & Quiet Hours

  This neighborhood observes quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors. During these hours, no outdoor music is permitted, and if using the hot tub, please keep voices low as sound carries easily.
  
  Please note that the owners share a wall with this home, so sound levels should be kept reasonable at all times.

• In-Home Sound System

  This home features a Sonos sound system that can be connected once you're on the same Wi-Fi network.

  Speaker Zones
  "LIVING ROOM" controls the sound system in the living and dining areas.
  "KARCHI BOWL" activates the speaker in the gym.
  All other built-in speakers are currently inactive.

  Yoga Room
  A small Alexa speaker is available in the yoga room for guest use. Simply connect via Bluetooth or use voice commands once connected to Wi-Fi.

• Spa Instructions

  The hot tub is located on the back patio through the blue bathroom and is operated using the built-in control panel on the side of the tub.
  
  Please note: Jet streams and lights must be turned on and off manually. Please ensure all features are turned off after use.
  
  Snow removal is continually managed to ensure your ability to access the hot tub at any time..
  
  For your safety, please ensure the cover is secured after each use and avoid adjusting temperature settings beyond recommended limits.

• Sauna Instructions

  The sauna is also located on the back patio through the blue bathroom.
  
  Instructions are posted on the wall. To operate, turn the right knob clockwise until you hear the second click. The timer will automatically turn off after one hour.

• Gym & Yoga Room Use

  The gym is available for guest use. Please note that the gym connects to the owner’s portion of the home, so access is external. To enter the gym, exit through the full bathroom on the main level, walk out onto the deck, and enter the red building which provides direct access..
  
  The yoga room is also available to guests and is considered a special feature of the home. It includes six aerial yoga swings and dedicated heating for optimal comfort during your practice.

• Tankless Water Heater

  This home is equipped with a tankless water heater, providing an unlimited supply of hot water.
  Please note: it may take a few minutes for the hot water to reach faucets and showers, especially in colder months or when first used. We appreciate your patience while the system warms up.

• Trash Details

  Bins are located along the right side of the home when you exit the garage. These are serviced every Friday by contractors. Guests may place bagged trash directly in the bins at any time during their stay.

• Snow Removal

  Snow removal for this property is managed by the HOA. Stairs and walkways are regularly shoveled and salted for guest safety during winter months.

• Safety & Emergency Info

  Your safety is our top priority. In an emergency, please call 911 immediately. Once everyone is safe, notify the Luxe Haus team so we can further assist.
  
  A fire extinguisher and first aid kit is located under the kitchen sink for your convenience.
