Home Entry & Address Information

All access instructions, home address, and lock codes will be securely delivered via email 24 hours before your check-in.

Parking Details

Garage Parking:

Unit A includes one designated parking space inside the garage. Please park only in the space labeled for Unit A.

Please note: No additional garage or driveway parking is available, and street parking is not permitted. Guests may use nearby public parking garages located along Main Street.

Using a Fob:

If you have a fob (two are provided on the kitchen counter), pull up to the building’s exterior garage door. Tap the fob on the reader and wait for the door to fully open.

Please ensure your vehicle does not exceed the garage height limit, especially if you have roof racks or tall vehicles. The door will close automatically after entry.

If You Don’t Have a Fob Yet:

  • Enter the lobby using code 1221#.
  • Once inside, go to the wall beside the exterior garage door.
  • Press the green button to open the garage door.
  • Drive in once it’s fully open. The door will shut automatically.

Accessing Unit A from the Garage:

Look for the elevator labeled “Units A–D”. This is not the elevator closest to your parking spot. Instead, head to the back right corner of the garage.

Take the elevator to Floor 1 (marked with a star). It will open directly to the front entrance of Unit A.

Important Notes:

  • Please do not use the glass door in the living room to exit, as it cannot be locked from the outside.
  • Guests will be responsible for the replacement cost of lost or unreturned fobs.

Winter Driving Advisory

While neighborhood roads are regularly plowed during the winter season, snow and ice are still common. 4WD or AWD vehicles aren’t required, but they are recommended for added confidence on slick roads.

Shipments & Deliveries
Shipments and deliveries to the home are discouraged as delivery windows can be unreliable, especially in winter. Please contact our team in advance if you need to ship items so we can help coordinate.

Things To Know

  • AC & Heating Information

    This home is equipped with central heating and cooling, controlled by an Ecobee wall thermostat located between the kitchen and the hallway full bathroom.

    Balconies are heated and will self-melt snow and ice during winter months for added safety and comfort.

  • Fireplace & Firepit Instructions

    The living room fireplace is operated via a remote control, conveniently located on the living room coffee table. Please allow a moment for ignition after powering it on.

  • Ski Access

    Main Street Modern offers convenient access to Park City Mountain Resort, with the Town Lift on Main Street just a short walk away.

    Guests enjoy walk-to-ski access via the Quit ’n Time run, which connects directly to Main Street for an easy start and end to your ski day.

  • House Guidelines & Quiet Hours

    This neighborhood observes quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors. During these hours, no outdoor music is permitted, and if using the hot tub, please keep voices low as sound carries easily.

  • Spa Instructions

    The hot tub is located on the balcony just off the living room and comfortably fits 2 to 4 guests. It is operated using the built-in control panel on the side of the tub.

    For your safety, please ensure the cover is secured after each use and avoid adjusting temperature settings beyond recommended limits.

  • Trash Details

    Dumpster bins are located in the basement garage and are serviced regularly by onsite staff. Guests may place bagged trash directly in the bins at any time during their stay.

  • Snow Removal

    Snow removal for this property is managed by the HOA. Stairs and walkways are regularly shoveled and salted for guest safety during winter months.

  • Safety & Emergency Info

    Your safety is our top priority. In an emergency, please call 911 immediately. Once everyone is safe, notify the Luxe Haus team so we can further assist.

    A fire extinguisher and first aid kit is located under the kitchen sink for your convenience.
