How You Earn:
When a referred homeowner signs a Luxe Haus vacation rental management agreement, your 18-month commission period begins.
Your referral commission is based on the management rate established with the homeowner:
2.0% of gross booking revenue – 30% management rate
1.5% of gross booking revenue – 26–29% management rate
1.0% of gross booking revenue – 25% management rate or below
Commission payments are made quarterly through Ramp on:
January 10 | April 10 | July 10 | October 10
Payments are based on eligible reservations and the quarter in which the stay checks out.

How It Works
1. Submit a Referral
Send us the homeowner’s contact information and property address through our referral form.
Your first referral automatically enrolls you in the program.
2. Next, our team will:
- Connect with the homeowner
- Learn about their property and goals
- Evaluate the home<
- Develop a customized revenue strategy
- Present Luxe Haus management options
3. The Home Signs
If the homeowner joins Luxe Haus, we’ll confirm your commission tier and your 18-month commission period begins.
4. Stay Informed
We’ll keep you updated on the referral, and once eligible commissions begin accruing, you’ll be able to track pending payouts through Ramp.
Commission Payment Setup
After your first referral, you’ll receive an invitation from communications@ramp.com with the subject:
“[Action Required] Luxe Haus invited you to join the Ramp Vendor Portal”
Follow the instructions to submit your W-9 and payment information.
Ramp is also where you’ll be able to view pending commission payments.

Once you make your first referral, you'll receive a welcome email, Ramp setup instructions, and next steps.
First Tuesday of Every Month
Each month, a personalized update will be sent to you regarding the status of all your Luxe Haus referrals.
Quarterly
Our team will send out market insights, program updates, referral opportunities, and other Luxe Haus news on a quarterly basis.
30 Days Before a Commission Period Ends
As each commission period comes to a close, a reminder will be sent informing you that the applicable property's 18-month commission window is approaching its end date.
When the Commission Period Ends
Once the commission period comes to a close, you'll receive a confirmation that the property's referral commission period has ended.
