Earn Commissions for 18 Months – No Strings Attached

Luxe Haus rewards your referrals with a simple, performance-based commission program. Earn ongoing commission for every property you refer, with payouts based on the property's management agreement for the first 18 months after it joins the Luxe Haus portfolio.

2.0% Commission – For properties enrolled with Luxe Haus at a 30% management rate
1.5% Commission – For properties enrolled with a 26–29% management rate
1.0% Commission – For properties enrolled with a 25% management rate or below

Commissions are calculated on gross booking revenue and paid for the first 18 months following the property's activation with Luxe Haus.

      A successful referral is a luxury home that fully completes onboarding, becomes bookable on the Luxe Haus platform, and begins generating booking activity within 30 days. Once live, your commission will begin accruing based on net revenue earned.

    • What kind of homes are you looking for?

      We’re seeking high-end vacation homes in desirable markets—particularly in Park City and Deer Valley. Ideal properties include ski-in/ski-out estates, architecturally distinct homes, and well-appointed second residences that align with Luxe Haus’ elevated brand standards.

    • When will I receive my commission?

      Referral commissions are paid quarterly based on net revenue earned from bookings over a 18-month period. Commissions begin once the rental contract for the property is signed.

    • Is there a limit to how many homes I can submit?

      There is no limit! You can refer as many qualifying properties as you'd like. The more you refer, the more you earn.
