      A successful referral is a luxury home that fully completes onboarding, becomes bookable on the Luxe Haus platform, and begins generating booking activity within 30 days. Once live, your commission will begin accruing based on net revenue earned.

    • What kind of homes are you looking for?

      We’re seeking high-end vacation homes in desirable markets—particularly in Park City and Deer Valley. Ideal properties include ski-in/ski-out estates, architecturally distinct homes, and well-appointed second residences that align with Luxe Haus’ elevated brand standards.

    • When will I receive my commission?

      Referral commissions are paid quarterly based on net revenue earned from bookings over a 12-month period. Commissions begin once the property is live and booking-ready. Qualified agents may also unlock a $5,000 milestone bonus after 5 successful referrals.

    • Is there a limit to how many homes I can submit?

      There is no limit! You can refer as many qualifying properties as you'd like. The more you refer, the more you earn—and once you hit five active properties, you’ll receive a $5,000 bonus.
