A New Year of Growth – Luxe Haus Welcomes New Talent

It’s been a big winter at Luxe Haus — and we’re just getting started. With elevated demand, a busy vacation rental season already underway, a burgeoning property care business, and growing excitement for what’s next, we’re proud to share the next chapter of our story: the continued expansion of our team.

We’ve welcomed some incredible new talent across hospitality, guest services, and operations. These new team members bring deep experience from the likes of Montage, Auberge, Avantstay, Stein Erickson, Pacaso, Vacasa, and beyond — and they’re here to help us serve our guests and homeowners at the highest level.

Favorite Part of the Job: I’m always learning new things and meeting new people.

Yvette Bennett joins Luxe Haus with a deep background in five-star hospitality, most recently at Auberge Resorts and Stein Collection. She brings a wealth of experience managing complex itineraries, curating elevated guest experiences, and partnering directly with luxury homeowners. As our new Hospitality Development and Reservations Manager, Yvette is helping us scale smartly, maintain excellence, and optimize performance across our portfolio.

Taylor McCabe brings operational strength and on-the-ground experience from both Vacasa and Pacaso. As a House Manager, he oversees property care and owner satisfaction across a growing number of high-value homes. With a reputation for responsiveness and a sharp eye for detail, Taylor is already making an impact.

With years of luxury experience at Montage Hotels & Resorts, Yesenia Benmansour is a concierge powerhouse. She now leads our guest experience division, designing seamless, high-touch service journeys from booking to post-stay. Her approach blends personalization with operational precision — and ensures every guest feels right at home.

Favorite Part of the Job: Working with our incredible team — and that no two days are ever the same!

Sierra Gagne joins us with experience across Vacasa, AvantStay, and boutique property management. From her early days managing luxury short-term rentals to curating lifestyle-driven experiences for residential communities, Sierra knows what it takes to delight homeowners and guests alike. She now supports both guest experience and field operations across our Park City homes.

Brian brings over a decade of experience in property and project management, with a background in both commercial and residential real estate. From managing multifamily communities to overseeing high-end home maintenance, he’s a steady hand and thoughtful problem-solver. As a House Manager, he helps ensure our properties are running smoothly and guests have everything they need.

With a background in accounting, investigations, and client service, Sam Herzon brings a unique lens to the guest and homeowner experience. As our new Guest and Owner Liaison, Sam blends financial insight with a passion for hospitality to ensure every question gets answered and every stay feels seamless.
