All access instructions, address, and lock codes will be securely delivered via email 24 hours before your check-in.

Parking Details

The Mason offers convenient parking in the residential garage with no limit on the number of vehicles. If the garage is full, overflow parking is available directly across from the entrance in The Mason’s designated lot. Bell carts are located next to the elevator inside the garage for your convenience.

Guests may also pull into the front arrival drive to unload luggage before parking.

Access codes for both the garage and building entry will be provided 24 hours prior to check-in.

Winter Driving Advisory

While neighborhood roads are regularly plowed during the winter season, snow and ice are common, and conditions can be slick. A 4×4 vehicle is recommended during snowy months, as standard or two-wheel-drive vehicles may not be able to access the property safely.

Fitness & Game Room Access

The fitness center and game room are located on the garage level. Walk past the elevators to enter the game room; the fitness center will be just to your left. Use the building access code (provided 24 hours before check-in) to enter the fitness area. The game room features air hockey, foosball, ping pong, pool, and vending machines for guest use.

Shipments & Deliveries
Shipments and deliveries to the home are discouraged as delivery windows can be unreliable. Please contact our team in advance if you need to ship items so we can help coordinate.

Things To Know

  • AC & Heating Information

    Each residence is equipped with individual room thermostats, allowing you to set the temperature to your personal comfort in every space. Thermostats will be preset to “Fan: Auto” upon arrival.
    To adjust the system mode (heat, cool, or auto), press the button directly beneath the display. You may also change the fan setting from this panel if you prefer continuous airflow.
    Please allow a few minutes for any adjustments to take effect. The system is designed to operate quietly and gradually to maintain optimal comfort.

  • Trash Details

    Dumpster bins are located in the garage and are serviced regularly by onsite staff. Guests may place bagged trash directly in the bins at any time during their stay.

  • Fireplace Use

    The fireplace is gas and operated by a wall switch, located on the same wall as the fireplace.
    Please do not place any items inside or directly on the fireplace.

  • Quiet Hours

    The Mason observes quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.

  • Ski Access Info

    Ski Access & Mountain Information

    The nearest Deer Valley access point is East Village, just minutes away and ideal for guests with pre-arranged lift tickets. It offers on-site parking and immediate access to the resort’s newest terrain via high-speed lifts and a 10-passenger gondola.

    For ski school, rentals, and dining, Snow Park Lodge is Deer Valley’s main base area, located about 12 minutes from the property. It provides access to the Carpenter and Burns Express lifts with easy connections across the mountain.

    Please note that Deer Valley is a ski-only resort. Guests planning to snowboard can access Park City Mountain via Canyons Village (20 minutes away), which offers paid parking and lift access via the Cabriolet to the Red Pine Gondola or Orange Bubble Express. Mountain Village near Main Street is another nearby option, offering access via Payday and Crescent Express lifts.

    Your safety is our top priority. In an emergency, please call 911 immediately. Once everyone is safe, notify the Luxe Haus team so we can further assist.

    A fire extinguisher and first aid kit is located under the kitchen sink for your convenience.
