Home Entry & Address Information

All access instructions, home address, and lock codes will be securely delivered via email 24 hours before your check-in. Entry is available through the garage or front door using the code provided.

To open the garage from outside, enter the code and press enter. From inside, press the “LiftMaster” button located to the left of the interior door. The garage is heated, so please keep it closed whenever possible.

Parking Details

Mountain & Main offers parking for 1 vehicle in the driveway, and 1 space in the heated garage. Please avoid blocking the trash bins when parking in the driveway.

Winter Driving Advisory

While neighborhood roads are regularly plowed during the winter season, snow and ice are still common. 4WD or AWD vehicles aren’t required, but they are recommended for added confidence on slick roads.

Guests & Gatherings
Parties are not permitted without Luxe Haus approval. Please contact us if you're planning to have additional guests.

Pet Policy
No pets are permitted at this property.

No Smoking Indoors
Smoking is not permitted inside any Luxe Haus property.

Shipments & Deliveries
Shipments and deliveries to the home are discouraged as delivery windows can be unreliable, especially in winter. Please contact our team in advance if you need to ship items so we can help coordinate.

Please Note:
The upstairs primary bedroom fireplace is currently out of service and undergoing maintenance. We kindly ask that all ski boots and outdoor shoes be removed indoors, and that ski and snowboard gear be stored in the garage.

Things To Know

  • AC & Heating Information

    Heat: The home is heated with radiant floor heating, set to approximately 70°F. You may adjust the thermostats manually as needed — there are six zones: garage, mudroom, kitchen, main floor family room, upstairs primary and guest bedrooms, and the lower level.

    Air Conditioning: Controlled via the Ecobee thermostat in the upstairs primary bedroom. The lower level stays naturally cool. Please keep the upstairs curtains tied back so they don’t block the A/C vent.

  • Trash Details

    The kitchen has two bins: trash in the front, recycling in the back. Outdoor cans are located on the side of the driveway.

    Pickup Days: Trash is collected every Friday.

    Recycling is picked up every other Friday. Luxe Haus handles all trash service for you — no need to move the bins.

  • Kitchen & Cleaning Notes

    Please use only marble-safe cleaner or mild soap and water on the countertops to preserve the stone finish.
    The garbage disposal is for small food scraps only — no bones or large debris, please.

  • Fireplace Instructions

    Mountain & Main features three gas fireplaces: one on the main level, one on the lower level, and one outdoors. Each is operated via remote or wall switch as outlined below. Please do not tamper with gas lines.
    If the pilot light goes out on any fireplace, contact the Luxe Haus team at 435-291-1402.

    Main Level Fireplace: Toggle wall switch to ON, then use remote (top button) to ignite and adjust flame.
    Lower Level Fireplace: Use remote on coffee table. Press “ON/Circle” (top left) for 2 minutes until flame ignites. Press again to turn off.
    Outdoor Fireplace: Remove cover and clear area. Open switch box and toggle to ON. Turn gas lever ON. Wait for ignition. To turn off, toggle switch OFF and turn gas lever OFF.

  • Spa Instructions

    The hot tub is located on the back patio. It can be controlled via the panel on the side of the unit. Please use only plastic cups in the hot tub or on the patio.

  • House Guidelines & Quiet Hours

    No shoes indoors: Please remove shoes when indoors.

    This neighborhood observes quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors. During these hours, no outdoor music is permitted, and if using the hot tub, please keep voices low as sound carries easily.

  • Ski Access Info

    The closest resort is Park City Mountain, with convenient lift access via the Town Lift on Main Street — just a short walk from the home.

  • Weekly Maintenance Schedule

    Snow Removal: Snow removal is managed by the HOA and will occur when accumulation reaches designated thresholds. Driveways and walkways will be cleared as conditions require — no action needed from guests.

    Trash Pickup:Trash is picked up every Friday.

  • Safety & Emergency Info

    Your safety is our top priority. In an emergency, please call 911 immediately. Once everyone is safe, notify the Luxe Haus team so we can further assist.

    A fire extinguisher and first aid kit is located under the kitchen sink for your convenience.
